Moving Pictures I: Filmmaking for Elementary School Students

Grades 3-6 / Ages 8-12

Produce a movie from start to finish. Working in groups, students will learn how to make up stories, turn them into moving pictures, and edit movies. No experience is necessary. All equipment provided including digital video cameras, and computers to edit with. Your child will discover a brand new skill as well as improve their writing and performance skills. Students will also get to watch their final group product in MoPA’s state-of-the-art theater
