As a manager of others you have the opportunity to help your employees and your team grow and develop. In this course we\'ll focus on the techniques of coaching; you will learn about the benefits of coaching your employees for development as well as for performance. What techniques should you use to encourage employees to change their behaviors? How can you use coaching to motivate an employee to reach and grow beyond their current role? You will have the opportunity to practice skills in this class and will leave feeling confident in your ability to coach and mentor your employees toward greater success
