Education about Sustainable Agriculture (CUESA), a non-profit that
strives to educate urban consumers about sustainable agriculture
through its farmers markets and educational programs such as Market to
Table Seasonal Cooking Demonstrations, Meet the Producer, and Farm
Tours. The Saturday market (8am-2pm) features over 100 farmers and
vendors, offering fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses, breads, and other
artisan food products. The Tuesday market (10am-2pm) features between
15 and 35 farmers and vendors, offering a variety of produce and
artisan food products. The Thursday market (10am-2pm, beginning July 2,
2009) highlights sustainable street food while offering the best
seasonal produce direct from the farm. All our markets are open
