Schwabacher Summer Concert

This year you have two opportunities to hear the talented Merola participants in our Schwabacher Summer Concert. This concert named in loving memory of our late Chairman, James Schwabacher will feature extended semi-staged scenes from beloved operas including I Pagliacci, La Traviata, Manon and Don Pasquale. As in previous summers, you can bring friends and family to a day of free al fresco opera at Yerba Buena Gardens, or for the first time, purchase reserved tickets to s second performance of the concert at Herbst Theater. Conducting will be Dean Williamson with Merola Alumna Isabel Milenski directing.

Concert graciously underwritten by the Grace A. Diem and Alice E. Siemons Foundation and the outdoor production is offered as part of the Yerba Buena Gardens Festival.
