Pregnancy Exercise

This exercise class is taught by a licensed physical therapist that is bilingual in Spanish and English. Participants are either pregnant or have recently delivered and have consulted with their physician prior to starting the class. Each participant should bring a towel or exercise mat and pillows.

Classes are held: Every Saturday from 8:00 - 8:45 am.

Location: Rehab Gym, 1st floor.

Fee: $10 per class; Free for expectant mothers delivering at Regional and Regional's hospital employees.
