Miguel Franco Sr. began his career as a Realtor with Century 21 in 1985. He wanted to make the American dream tangible for those people who thought owning a house was impossible. Working 16 hours a day and “[fighting] for his people and his deals;” Miguel Franco sold 15 homes in the first month of 1987. In 1993 Miguel Franco sold 36 homes in a single month selling 185 homes in an entire year. He had started a phenomenon; helping people and families achieved a goal that they thought could never be achievable: buying their first home. In 1987 Miguel’s success earned him the Centurion Award (one of the most important recognition given by Century 21) for having complete 150 transactions; making him 5 th out of 120,000 Realtors in the entire nation. This award was neither the last nor the first Miguel Franco was going to receive.

After this award Miguel Franco continued to be recognized with the Centurion Award; placing him on the list of the Top Ten Realtors of the entire nation. Since 1990 Miguel Franco was award it the Mega Centurion: highest and most prestigious awards given to a Realtor in the entire nation. He was proud of his achievement because he knew he had assist people to obtain their first home. The ultimate recognition granted to Miguel Franco by Century 21 was the: Master Award (1992). This award was given to him in honor of his successful career as a Realtor and for building a strong relationship with home buyers.

After 14 years of success with Century 21; Miguel Franco decided to explore different horizons and he joined Remax in 1999; during this period Miguel helped many of his past customers obtain their second and even their third house.
