Our education program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association.  Our education team of nurses, dietitians and marriage family therapist provide comprehensive education to the person with diabetes, pre-diabetes, and those at risk for diabetes.  Family is welcome to attend.  Check us out under “Clinical Services / Diabetes Education” for more information. Group and individual sessions available by appointment.
