I am a Realtor who specializes in short-sales, working with sellers/buyers, and a consultant for care providers who own residential care facilities for the developmentally disabled(ARF), elderly(RCFE) , and group homes. I have worked with San Gabriel Pomona Regional Center for over 9 years and have extensive knowledge in licensing facilities through Community Care Licensing and program development. I assist individuals on how to become care providers, and how to purchase a facility that they are qualified for. Care provider who currently own a facility/ies, and are looking to sell, or expand, their business, I will find a buyer and will guide the new buyer through the licensing process.
