Creating Confidence Women’s (ages 18+) self-esteem group Starts: October 7th, 2008 (6weeks) Time: 6:30pm-8:00pm As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Teri Karjala specializes in working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. Women are faced with challenges everyday. This group provides a safe place for women to explore the issues that impact their every-day lives. The group will assist in developing appropriate life skills to help improve their self-esteem. Themes include: self-worth, destructive thought patterns, boundaries, acceptance, personal empowerment, responsibility, assertiveness, and coping skills. Teri brings a dynamic energy in providing a hands-on experience in helping you rediscover your true self!
