No. 1, Op. 11 Schumann: Symphony No. 2, in C major Portuguese conductor-on-the-rise Joana Carneiro conducts the CMF Chamber Orchestra in a concert that features CMF’s principal horn Andrew Bain in a performance of Richard Strauss’ Horn Concerto. No. 1, Op. 11. Also on the program are Bach’s best known Orchestral Suite, No. 3 in D major (largely due to the famous second movement, "Air on the G String"), and Schumann’s joyous and inspired Second Symphony.
