Life Line Screening will be at Park North Townhouse on Tuesday, May 27th.
Life Line Screening will perform four different health screenings:
1) A Stroke/Carotid Artery Screening – 60 people every hour suffer from stroke – 1/3 of them are fatal.
2) An Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) test
3) An Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) – Peripheral Arterial Disease is a strong predictor for heart disease. – This is the #1 cause of Diabetic amputation.
4) And a bone density screening, which tests both men and women for the early detection of osteoporosis.
These screenings are completely painless, non-invasive, and typically not part of a routine physical. Each Test takes about 10 minutes. Appointments start at 9:00 am, but You must pre-register by calling 1-800-324-1851.
