A 30-minute metabolism screening includes a MedGem® indirect calorimeter measurement (10-15 minute Procedure).  This will provide you with your resting oxygen consumption (VO2) value and resting metabolic rate (RMR) in calories per day.  The screening includes a 10-15 minute consultation with a Registered Dietician.  Fasting required.  By appointment only.
