Zoological Society Announces Annual Meeting Date, Proxy Information

The Connecticut Zoological Society, Inc., which owns and operates Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo, will hold its Annual Meeting on Tuesday, July 7, 2009, beginning at 7:30 am at the Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo Hanson Exploration Station, 1875 Noble Ave., Bridgeport, CT.

The meeting is held for the following purposes:

- To elect the following individuals to serve as members of the Board of Directors of the Society until the next Annual Meeting of the Society.

- To transact any other business as may properly come before the members attending the meeting

All Connecticut Zoological Society members in good standing on the date of the Annual Meeting shall be entitled to vote in person or by proxy. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please click here to download, promptly sign, date and return the proxy.

Date: Tuesday, July 7, 2009.

Time: 7:30 am.

Location: The Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo Hanson Exploration Station, 1875 Noble Ave., Bridgeport, CT.
