Intermediate Tai Chi

New for 2018! Our popular Tai Chi class now occurs twice a week at 9:30am. Intermediate level guests meet on Wednesdays, and beginner level guests meet on Fridays. This meditation in motion led by instructor Kim Langley teaches the Yang Style Short Form of Tai Chi which provides improved strength, balance, and relaxation. Chairs are available for seated exercises. Wear comfortable clothing.
