Yoga Class

Yoga Classes are available through Madison Academy located at 32 Wall Street, Madison, CT. Come join Amy Pollio with 13 years experience in Group Fitness Classes for people over 14 years old by taking a 60 minute YOGA class to work out your entire body. Burn calories, gain strength and flexibility while increasing your energy level and reducing stress.

Classes will meet on Sundays at 9:30 a.m.-10:30 p.m. This is an on going class for all levels. Fee: $85.00 (for 10 Classes), $10.00 Payable: To Clinton Recreation and Parks Department, $75.00 Payable: To Madison Academy of Martial Arts (At the time of your first class!) Babysitting service is available on Thursdays.
