Yoga and Art Fusion For Teens

Express yourself through color and movement! Have fun learning yoga postures and creative dance concepts that build strength, flexibility, and self-awareness.  We will explore and incorporate drawing and sculpture into our movement experience to explore how art and dance can inspire each other.  Participants should be dressed in clothing that is easy to move in, but not too loose.

Amy Traggianese is certified in Creative Kids Yoga™ and trained at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, MA.  She is also an art teacher in the Easton public schools, has over 20 years of classroom experience.
