Summer Festival Chorus The Times They Are A-Changin'

For the previous 15 years, the Summer Festival Chorus members have displayed a passion for the choral arts while exploring a rich assortment of compositions. Members have captivated audiences with their inspiring performances and individual talents.

This year's repertoire includes compositions by John Knowles Paine, André Thomas, and Kurt Bestor, anthems from the Sixties, music from Hair, and features Howard Hanson's Song of Democracy. From hippies to sit-ins, from exciting and radical social revolutions to the era defining hopes and dreams of change, these significant moments will be explored by listening to the dynamic music that spoke to a generation.

Date: Saturday, July 25, 2009.

Time: 7:30pm.

Cost: $20.
