A piano concert, "A History of American Music," will be held Sunday, Aug. 17, at 2:30 p.m. The venue is an 18th centruy Parisian-style drawing room in Torrington. Icluded are selections by Scott Joplin, George, Gershwin, and Louis Gottschalk. Refreshments follow the concert. Sponsored by the Naugatuck Historical Society (NHS). Space limited to 30 people.
