Freedom From Smoking is an American Lung Association Program. This intensive 8 session 7-week program combines behavior modification, stress management and nutritional education with the support you need to quit for good. 7 weeks - 8 sessions 4th week is Quit Day, with follow up 2days later. Pre-registration is required. To enroll please call (877) 233-9355.

Class/Event Fee: $150.00

Other Payment Options:Take payment to first class

Fee Notes: $150 per person. Payment will be accepted on the 1st day of class if paying by check. If paying by check, make check payable to Stamford Hospital.
