Familysleep.com will be starting a series of seminars about childrens' sleep in and around Stamford, CT. The first seminar will cover children ages 0-12 months. We will discuss: soothing routines, helping your baby to learn how to fall asleep unassisted, creating and maintaining a nap schedule, maintaining an appropriate bedtime and much more.
