Currently celebrating its 26th season, Connecticut Ballet and its contemporary offshoot, Zig Zag Ballet, perform classical repertory and cutting-edge works commissioned from today’s foremost choreographers. Performances are held at Stamford Center for the Arts, The Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts, and other venues throughout Connecticut. The organization’s Dance Exposure Project conducts educational programs in area public schools and social service centers in addition to offering accelerated training scholarships at its affiliated dance school, Connecticut Ballet Center (CBC).
