This community chorus is made up of about 35 singers who perform at least two concerts a year and will perform at other events upon request. The minimum age is 18 and there is no maximum age. Rehearsals are held Monday nights at 7:30 in the Music Room of the First Congregational Church, 2301 Main Street. This is a four part harmony, non audition choir. New singers will be asked to sing scales for the director for vocal part placement. Members must attend at least 80% of rehearsals to sing in a concert. Members must buy their own music (usually about $20 per concert, available from our music librarian) and sell 3 tickets (total $24) for each concert. There are no other dues.
