Mission Statement:

The Stratford Library Association seeks to preserve and encourage the free expression of ideas essential to an informed citizenry.  In order to do so, it provides residents of all ages materials and programs on current topics, helps them find answers to questions, and promotes lifelong learning.  The Library develops residents’ abilities to effectively find, evaluate and use information in a variety of formats and promotes understanding and appreciation of the diverse cultural heritage of this community.
