September 2010 Hunger Action Month

Join us to honor our Hunger Action Heroes.

We will be presenting the Bill Liddell Award to longtime supporter Unilever. This award is the highest honor that we present to a donor in recognition of exemplary service, ongoing dedication, and significant support of the Food Bank and its mission to alleviate hunger.

We will also recognize the following Hunger Action Heroes:

Ellen Mullen: Volunteer Hero
Lucy Nolan: Advocacy Hero
Sarah Viglione: Fundraising Hero
Nathaniel Zelinsky: Student Hero
Moark Egg: Food Industry Hero
Shoreline Soup Kitchens: Member Program Hero
Sikorsky Aircraft: Corporate Hero
Thermo King of Southern Connecticut: Business Hero
