Attention Chamber Members: Monthly Mailing RFP

The Chamber of Commerce produces a monthly mailing to each of our members.  We would like you to provide us with a quote that would include the following requirements and would be valid for the next year.

Bulk Mail :

- Approximately 600 pieces per month
- Chamber provides catalog size envelopes
- Chamber provides bulk permit
- Mailing must be delivered to Post Office
- Extra copies to be delivered to Chamber office

Job Details :

- 600 pieces folded, stuffed, sealed, collated
- Some members will provide you with their 600 pieces that the Chamber will deliver to your facilities (Approximately 2-5 per month)
- Other members will email you flyers to print for them to be billed to them directly.  All payment arrangements made with member directly.
- Chamber will email pieces to you to copy on color paper (Approximately 6-8 per month)
- Deadline for copy will be the 3rd Friday of the month
- Mailing must be mailed no later than the first of the subsequent month
- Total average pieces approximately 8-12 per month

Flyers :

Each piece is a letter size flyer printed on one size unless otherwise indicated at the time of submission

Effective Date :  

The monthly mailing agreement will be effective as of the July 2008 mailing    

Please include the total price of these services and then any discounts you will provide for The Chamber of Commerce.  The total discount for the mailing will be considered as “in-kind services” and will be used to include you as a sponsor for the mailing.
