Wilton Domestic Violence Task Force Planning Session Added To July Activities For Wilton Library

Wilton Domestic Violence Task Force Planning Session, 7 - 8:30 p.m. Please join members of the Wilton Domestic Violence Task Force to learn about the part they play in educating the Wilton community about the many types of Domestic Violence that occur in the community. The committee is composed of both community residents and professionals who deal with the educational, social, emotional and legal issues of domestic violence. Last month a meeting was held of interested teens and adults to discuss potential programs and activities for the coming year. On July 15, the group gathers again to discuss the scope of the problem (startling facts and figures will be presented) and make specific plans to build awareness for the coming year.
