Star Hill Elementary School in, Dover, Delaware is one of seven elementary schools in the Caesar Rodney School District. It is located on Voshell Mill Road, a half mile East of Route 13 in the Southern end of Dover. Star Hill has a student population of 550 students in kindergarten through fifth grade.

Chester Cox, Star Hill's principal, is supported by a faculty and staff of 50; encompassing teachers in grades k-5, specialists in reading, music, art, physical education, school counselor, school nurse, and paraprofessionals. Kelly Holt is the assistant principal. She is starting her third year here.

Star Hill Elementary School is a learning community that prides itself on its dedication to recognizing each student's ability to be a successful learner. In addition, Star Hill has strong community ties; with parents, teachers, volunteers, and mentors, working together to help provide students at Star Hill with all the tools for success.
