From asking for the money to receiving the money, we’ll discuss best practice for your proposal to payment process so you aren’t doing more work than you anticipated or forgetting about money owed to you! In this interactive session, we want you to share what has worked in your process and what you want to work better. We’ll be discussing Proposals, Scope of Work, Status Reports, Invoicing, and Systems to track the process. If you ask me what the best process is, my answer is always the one that you actually use. While we will be sharing different resources and systems, our best practices can be implemented from free to paid software.
