The 1920s in Bronxville was a period of dramatic growth. The Bronx River Parkway was completed in 1925, and estates and farms were transformed into neighborhoods with hundreds of homes. The Tudor and Mediterranean revival styles characterized the decade's homes in lower Westchester, and many well-designed examples still grace Bronxville a hundred years later.
