Celebrate and enjoy the Fourth of July festivities in Charles City  hosted by the Charles City Area Chamber of Commerce. Each day features free live music and entertainment, along with activities, a beer garden, and a variety of food vendors.

The Fourth of July Parade will begin at 10:30 a.m. Get ready to get groovy with the return of the vibrant cover band, Bad Dog 20/20. A watermelon eating contest will be hosted in Central Park during the day, along with a cornhole tournament.

Enjoy a fireworks show by the Cedar River in the evening.
