For more than 30 years, Healthy Kids Day has celebrated kids’ mental and physical health, while teaching healthy habits for kids and families, encouraging active play and inspiring a lifetime love of physical activity.

To kick off the start of summer, all 10 of our Coastal Georgia YMCA branches are hosting Healthy Kids Day events on Saturday, May 6 to help kids stay healthy and achieving all summer long! Not only will we be opening our pools for the summer season, but we’re hosting lots of fun events and activities across Coastal Georgia, open to everyone in our communities.

Healthy Kids Day fun will include class demos, face-painting, games, bounce houses, food vendors, a backpack/suitcase drive, a dance-off, healthy snack demos, Zumba, yard sales, obstacle courses, crafts, and much more! Call your local branch for all the details!
