Tai Chi is back at Henry Carter Hull Library! Starting May 9th, our popular Tai Chi classes will occur twice a week at 9:30am. Intermediate Level guests will meet on Wednesdays and Beginner Level guests will meet on Fridays. This meditation in motion led by instructor Kim Langley teaches the Yang Style Short Form of Tai Chi which provides improved strength, balance, and relaxation. Chairs are available for seated exercises. Wear comfortable clothing. No class on 7/4.
