New for 2018! Starting in January, our popular Tai Chi class will occur twice a week at Henry Carter Hull Library. Intermediate Level guests will meet on Wednesdays, and Beginner Level guests will meet on Fridays. This meditation in motion led by instructor Kim Langley teaches the Yang Style Short Form of Tai Chi which provides improved strength, balance, and relaxation. Chairs are available for seated exercises. Wear comfortable clothing.
