Thank you to Jax Cooking Studio for hosting two upcoming sold out cooking classes! The Beaches Museum staff recently enjoyed an evening of learning how to serve classic recipes from favorite Beaches restaurants of past. The menu featured iconic dishes including fried chicken and biscuits from The Homestead and shrimp gumbo and bread pudding from Strickland's Restaurant. Don't despair if you missed the classes! The recipes will be featured in the updated edition of the Beaches Area Historical Society Cookbook coming out this spring.
