Beginner students will love the excitement of learning to use the potter's wheel for the first time! Returning or intermediate students continue to practice creating functional pieces on the pottery wheel and developing their skills toward making more complex work. Each student will proudly throw, trim, then glaze functional pieces such as bowls, vases, and cups. Students also have the option to try hand building techniques and creating surface textures in wheel thrown pottery with a variety of tools and stamps. All work will be fired in the kiln. Bring a friend or make a friend!
