LaBlast' Fitness is a partner-free dance fitness workout. It's accessible for all levels – from the absolute beginner to the experienced dancer.

LaBlast' takes you through a diverse mix of famous ballroom dances set to your favorite music, from pop and rock to hip-hop and country. Experience the full array of dance styles from Jive to Foxtrot and Viennese Waltz to Lindy Hop.

Whether you want to tone your body, maintain a healthy lifestyle, learn to dance, or just have a great time, LaBlast' offers something for everyone.

Rachel
Rachel Chilton grew up studying classical dance, taking ballet, jazz, modern and lyrical classes for 14 years. She competed for several years in high school with ballet solos and in group ballet and lyrical routines. Rachel quickly came to love LaBlast because the fitness program felt natural despite her lack of ballroom experience. She became certified as a LaBlast instructor and began teaching in 2020. Her favorite LaBlast style is Samba. Rachel is the newest member to the team and is excited to be sharing her passion for dance fitness with everyone!
