The "Murph"

- 1 mile Run, then 100 Pull-Ups, 200 Push-Ups, 300 Air Squats, then 1 mile Run

- Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Complete individually or as a team of 2 or more; you go, l go style. Add up to a 201b. vest for a bit more challenge!

- Movements and distances can be changed to complete the workout at an easier level.

We will have an option for everyone at any fitness level to participate.

Bring family and friends to cheer you on or complete the workout with you!
