Tai Chi is a low impact, gentle physical exercise and stretching that puts minimal stress on muscles and joints. Perfect for adults just starting an exercise regime and those looking to reduce stress. These programs are led by Carol Laurie and sponsored by Erie Friends of the Library. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Free will donations are gratefully accepted!
