A meditation in motion led by instructor Kim Langley. Learning this Yang Style Short Form of Tai Chi provides improved strength, balance, and relaxation. Free - No registration. All levels welcome. Chairs are available for seated exercises. Wear comfortable clothing. Classes are held outside during good weather and inside our Community Room under inclement conditions.
