9 a.m. - 12 p.m. - Private sand-sculpting lessons by Andy Hancock outside the North Gate. Book on https://sandcastlelessons.com/. 

9 a.m. To 6 p.m. - Guest relations and ticket tent open for advanced wristband sales. Cash only.

1 p.m. - 4 p.m. - Free public demonstrations of sandcastle building by Andy Hancock outside the North Gate. Come and learn every trick in the book from YouTube's SandCastleAndy.

6 p.m. - Flag raising ceremony
