Mission:

We exist to engage Boynton Beach citizens in diverse recreational experiences and to cultivate parks and open spaces.

Who We Are:

The City of Boynton Beach Recreation & Parks Department maintains and operates more than 38 sites for recreational use.  At the head of the Department is the Director who reports to the Assistant City Manager.  The City Commission appoints a Recreation & Park Board of 7 members and 2 alternates.  The Board meets monthly providing valuable citizen input to the department's management.  Board members are appointed to a three-year terms.
