Breathing Retraining -- First Wednesday of Every Month
Lung Medication -- Second Wednesday of Every Month
Stress/Relaxation -- Third Wednesday of Every Month

These informal educational classes are designed to help you manage your COPD. Learn helpful breathing techniques, medication facts and relaxation techniques to improve you knowledge and personal well-being.
