Do you want to get fit and have fun at the same time? Do you love to dance?
Then DanceSport Conditioning is the class for you! Every Wednesday and Saturday,
we offer you an exercise experience. With an average of 3000 steps per class,
you can burn calories & learn actual dance steps!
Class may include steps in Salsa, Rumba, Cha Cha, Swing, Jive, Waltz, Bolero,
Merengue and Samba. Work your core and your mind: Step up your fitness program
by attending our DanceSport conditioning classes at Arthur Murray! The latest
craze!
Come for one class or sign up for a month. No need to be a member. Open to the
public.
Classes Weds at 7:30 pm & Sat at 11:00 am.
Free for actively enrolled students, $10/per class non-members
Monthly: $35 Prepaid - includes full month (includes all Wed & Sat classes)
