The School of Theatre at Florida State presents John Fletcher’s The Tamer Tamed, a continuation of Shakespeare’s Taming of the Shrew.

Set in Italy, 1610, Fletcher’s play finds Petruccio’s first wife, Kate, gone and Petruccio married to her cousin, Maria. In a classic reversal of roles, it is the women who now seek to tame the men. Let the comedy begin! Contains mature situations.
