This 5 week series of classes is designed to prepare you and your partner for all phases of birth. It is recommended that this course be completed at least 4-6 weeks before the due date. This class covers: what to expect in the hospital, how to tell if you are in labor, relaxation and breathing exercises, labor support techniques, medications and interventions, cesarean childbirth, postpartum information, tour of the facility and infant/child CPR.
