Tai Chi

Nee hau means ‘hello’ in Chinese. The Indian River County Main Library is sponsoring a free class in Tai Chi. Our instructor, world traveler, Norman Goodman taught the Yang style of Tai Chi in China. These ongoing classes are held on Mondays and Thursdays. The class begins with Qigong warm up, flowing through a sequence of movements to provide enhanced health and vitality to participants.

Benefits of Tai Chi include a boost in confidence, improved relaxation and increased focus. Wear comfortable clothing, come and enjoy a great class and “xie xie.”.
