The mission of the Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church is to serve as God's witnesses or ambassadors to people who are in need, through discipleship, outreach, teaching, preaching, community development, praise and worship. We believe that we are to minister to the needs of the total person following the model of Jesus Christ and to lift his name throughout our community and the world.

The vision of the Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church is that through the revelation of God by the Holy Spirit, we will assist in creating the beloved community here on earth. We envision the liberating power of Jesus Christ to guide us in developing ministries that will bring people into a closer relationship with God through Jesus Christ and that we will be an example of life and hope to a troubled world.
