Little Dorothy Gale of Kansas, like so many girls her age, dreams of what lies over the rainbow. One day a twister hits her farm and carries her and her dog Toto away over the rainbow to another world. Things in Oz are strange and beautiful, but Dorothy just wants to get back home; so she travels to the Emerald City to see a great wizard who may be able to help her. On her way she meets a Scarecrow who needs a brain, a Tin Man who wants a heart, and a Cowardly Lion who desperately needs courage. Memorable songs: “Somewhere Over the Rainbow”, “Ding-**** The Witch Is Dead”, “Munchkinland”, “Off to See the Wizard”, and “If I Only Had a Heart”.
