"Pilates Matwork" with dancer/choreographer Celeste Anderson Staton, who is trained in authentic Pilates Matwork techniques and can modify the work to benefit any level of student. This 8-week class focuses on building core strength of the central body while lengthening muscle and instilling a sense of well being for the whole person. $64 (financial aid available).
