The Mission of Independent School District 221, Gem County, is to create an environment where all children can learn, where all children are given the opportunity to reach their potential and where all children may strive to be productive, responsible citizens of society.

-Develop polices and procedures to ensure financial support, financial stability, and fiscal responsibility in District #221.

-Develop a vision of school facilities improvement based on the needs of students and Gem County residents.
